Every product here
started as my problem.

AIGA is what happens when a 20-year civil superintendent runs out of patience with the tools he's given. I build what I need to run my own work — the jobsite, my money, my own head — and when a tool proves itself in use, I ship it. The flagship is BedrockOS, a construction OS available to license today.

The Products
Built from necessity.
Shipped because they worked.
Investment Research
DVRG

The discipline of a fund, for your own money — research that ends with a number: how big the position should be.

Started because I wanted a disciplined process for my own money — not a feed.

AI Education
Operator

The only AI course taught through conversation. Won't move on until you get it.

Started because people kept asking how I learned AI. The honest answer: by talking to it.

Cognitive Inbox
Offload

Say it once and it's handled. Talk for thirty seconds — errands, ideas, gym notes in one breath — and Offload splits the ramble into organized notes, then resurfaces each one where and when you need it.

Started because a superintendent's day produces fifty thoughts and no time to file them.

Field Operations Advisory
Construction and field ops.
That's the lane.
The Offering

I only advise in the industry I've run. If your operation puts crews, equipment, and schedules in the field, I'll walk it with you and map where the day actually goes.

It's the same method behind the products: find the friction, fix the process before reaching for software, and only build what earns its place. Where BedrockOS already solves something, the report says so plainly — and where it doesn't, it says that too.

If the answer turns out to be BedrockOS, what follows is licensing and onboarding — not a second consulting engagement.

The Approach

Everything AIGA ships ran on my own work first — my jobsites, my money, my own head. I'm still the heaviest user of every product on this page. If one of them breaks, it breaks on me first.
